The following terms and conditions govern your use of ResponseControl
PR Services and this website - the "Site", and all contracts
with us..
Our policy is to write in Plain English, so we have kept legal jargon
to a minimum. Please bear in mind that these terms and conditions
are a requirement of our business insurance, and are unlikely to
be negotiable, however, we have never had to refer any of our clients
to our terms and conditions, we have never had to pay a refund,
and we have never lost a client because of failure to keep our promises.
It is in our own interest to do our best for you, because we want
you to keep coming back...
Disclaimer...
We have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the content
and the information on this Site. However, we do not give any warranty
at all as to accuracy, and to the full extent permissible by law,
we disclaim all responsibility for damages or loss howsoever arising,
loss of projects, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential
or indirect losses arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the
use of or inability to use the Site and/or any information or materials
appearing on the Site, or for any of the services provide by ResponseControl,
PR.
That understood, we do provide a money-back guarantee that we will
do what we say we will do. Any refund will be proportional to the
extent that we do not do what we have contracted to do with you.
For example, if we fail to issue a press release because of circumstances
outside our control, we will refund the cost that we were charging
you for that press release.
Payments...
We will probably require you to pay us in advance. We like getting
paid that way because it keeps our costs down. However, if you prefer
us to charge you more, we can arrange payment in arrears after the
first month. If you don't pay us when you have agreed to pay us,
we will charge extra, to the value of 10% of our monthly contract
with you for each month or part of a month that you are late.
We will also stop doing the work for you.
So as soon as you become late payers, it costs you 10% extra, and
you don't get any PR from us. That's how we keep our prices down,
and stay in the black, ensuring that, unlike many PR companies we
have seen come and go, we will always be here to serve you.
In the case of serious disputes, we will refer
the matter to an independent arbitrator agreed between us, and the
results of that arbitration will be binding. But...
having said all that, we won't penalise
regular payers who have some temporary and unforseeable accounting
problem that is soon resolved.
